Sometimes in life things don't quite go
according to plan. Indeed as John Lennon said..."life is what
happens to you while you're busy making other plans."
Unexpected events, turns in the
road, relationships, the way we feel, the pressure of contemporary
life. Lot's of things can stop us in our tracks or make us feel
as though we're muddling through or running just to stand still.

As Registered
APS Psychologists under the
Government's Better Access initiative, we can provide "Focussed
Psychological Strategies" for clients who have been referred
with a Mental Health Care Plan through a GP. This
allows up to 12 Medicare rebates for up to 12 individual
sessions per calendar year. The approved psychological
strategies we use
to assist individuals to work with current issues and discover
improved insights, strategies and performance outcomes are:

work one-on-one with individuals using a Consumer Directed
